在革命期間的大部分時間中， Hamilton 其實還只是一個血氣方剛、年輕氣盛的青年，這首歌曲提醒了觀眾滿腔熱血的 Hamilton 和相較冷靜許多的前輩 Washington 之間的差異，和他們倆人因此常發生的理念不合和摩擦。

這段真的是充分展現出之前隱約鋪陳的、 Hamilton 對於 Washington 不給他足夠權力的不滿，也顯現出 Hamilton 積極想上戰場、表現自己的強烈慾望和仍然有些不夠成熟的血氣方剛，節奏和背景音樂都營造出兩人之間濃濃的緊張感 >__<
