歌詞翻譯 | 百老匯音樂劇 Hamilton – Helpless

在 Helpless 這首歌中，Eliza 描述著她和她姐姐第一次遇到 Hamilton 的情景。這首歌曲和唱法 (以錄音版和 Disney+ 錄影版的演唱者 Phillipa Soo 來說) 都有一點 Beyoncé 的歌曲 “Countdown” 的味道，Hamilton 創作者 Miranda 也曾說過 Countdown 是被寫的最完美的一首歌。

後話

讀完歌詞真的是覺得這兩段實在編的很好欸 Q__Q 好喜歡這齣劇裡對每個角色的用心刻畫，還有字斟句酌的歌詞。一點點小題外話，雖然小說、歌曲之中的詞常常都是創作者為了在有限維度和篇幅中展現角色個性而細膩推敲出的文字，但不只是在讀作品的時候能從台詞中感受到角色的習性，感覺在生活中自己或他人的用詞有時也真的會反映出這個人的個性或思路。回到正題的話就是歌詞也編寫得太好太用心了吧!!! 小迷妹我只能繼續認命又愉快的越陷越深了 XD
